My mobile and studio sessions utilise all plains of motion in the body (taking into consideration any ailments or conditions you may have), to increase your overall strength, health and mobility.
I am a sports massage therapist, combining deep tissue massage with strength training for fitness goals and recovery. I offer injury rehab programs to ensure you recover effectively, and in a sustainable way.

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY TO ENHANCE & RECOVER
Sports massage therapy can be beneficial to many people, not just pro-athletes or for treating sports injuries. It can help to alleviate stresses and tensions that can build up in your body during exercise, desk working or simply, busy lifestyles. Sports massage can treat anything from back pain and headaches to stress, tension and postural imbalances.
Whether you’re looking for a one off massage, a new regular self-care habit or need a series of treatments, I can design a treatment plan to help. I’ve worked closely with experienced professionals, a diverse mix of the general public and professional sports people including football and rugby players, golfers, racing drives and runners.
I believe that sports massage does not have to be a painful experience. I will work within your tolerances to pressure and encourage relaxation in the muscle. As with my PT sessions, sports massage appointments can be in your own home or a studio space can be arranged if preferred.
